Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowBot is a platform that allows users to design, generate, and host custom Discord bots using AI-assisted tools. The Service includes bot creation, code generation, hosting, workspace management, and community templates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Accounts & Authentication

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity conducted under your account. FlowBot uses Discord-based authentication; you agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service when using the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of any third party; (c) create bots that distribute spam, malware, or harmful content; (d) abuse, harass, or harm other users; (e) attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (f) use the Service to build bots that violate Discord's Community Guidelines or Developer Terms. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Bot Hosting & Free Trial

FlowBot offers a 30-day free hosting trial for eligible plans. A valid credit card is required to activate the trial. Your card will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your card may be charged according to your selected plan unless you cancel beforehand. Hosting is subject to deployment limits, resource quotas (RAM/CPU), and fair-use policies as described in your plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted hosting and are not liable for downtime caused by infrastructure providers, bot misconfiguration, or Discord API changes.

6. Credits & Billing

Certain features consume message credits. Credits are allocated per plan and may be purchased as add-on packs. Paid subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or credit allocations with reasonable notice. Free plan daily limits reset on a rolling basis and are subject to change.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the bots, code, and content you create. By publishing a template to the community library, you grant FlowBot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that template within the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring it does not violate third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, branding, and underlying software are the property of FlowBot and its licensors. Generated bot code belongs to the user who generated it, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service's source materials without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Generated code may contain bugs or security vulnerabilities; you are responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deployment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Hosted bots may be taken offline upon account termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Contact

For questions about these Terms, please contact us through the support channels available within the Service.
