Message credits and top-ups
Credits pay for AI interactions, including Studio chat, code generation, support chat, and AI replies from an AI-enabled hosted bot. More extensive generations and higher-tier models can cost more.
How it works
- 1Check your remaining balance in the Studio header or Account → Credit Usage.
- 2The free plan also has a daily usage limit; if you reach it, return after the daily reset or switch plans.
- 3On Builder or Pro, use Account → Buy Credits for one-time top-up packs.
- 4If your credits reach zero, AI requests pause until credits are available again.
